This is the closest I can find so far on the soft tissue release that was done on my knee at the start of the last physio session that really helped me to feel sitting on my heels in the ACL. Jon had me lower the leg myself and used two hands in the musculature of the quad around the knee to keep as much of it in place as possible as my leg went down past 90 degrees.
